The objectives for which King’s Grace Ministries Uganda is registered are:

1. To preach the gospel of the LORD Jesus Christ cognizance of His instructions in Mark 16:15 and Mathew 28:19-20 by means of evangelistic meetings, crusades, door to door outreaches, prisons and hospital ministries, conferences and night prayers; conduct marrieds conferences, workshops and weddings. 
2. To establish and plant churches after the Bible patterns that are self-governing, self-propagating and self-supporting with a purpose of reviving the Pentecostal move void of personal interest aimed at individual sustenance.
3. To establish income generating projects aimed at sustainable development through uplifting the social, economic and physical wellbeing of local communities.
4. To construct inclusive education institutions aimed at grooming an informed generation that is technically relevant to nation building pertinent to skilling by means of Primary and Secondary education; Tertiary/vocational education for life skills and theological colleges for enforcing doctrinal biblical foundations.
5. To promote and improve health care amongst the populace through primary health care awareness drives, health camps, construction and supporting health facilities.
6. To affiliate itself to other bodies, associations, organizations, education and training institutions, churches and missions in a bid to empowering prisoners in government detention facilities through evangelistic approaches.
